Benefits at FTE Czechia
FTE provides its employees with a wide range of amenities known as employee benefits. All these benefits are the result of FTE's effort to create the best possible conditions for its employees, take care of them and reward their endeavours.
FTE provides its employees with a contribution to meals; the meal vouchers vary in value depending on the duration of the shift.
The canteen has also served our employees since 2013. Both lunches and dinners for our employees are subsidized. Besides hot meals, our canteen also offers vegetable salads, a cold buffet and candies.
Employees are entitled to a travel allowance: the employer either contributes to or fully refunds the cost of travel to work. The travel allowance depends on the distance from the place of residence and ranges from CZK 200 (in the case employees from Podbořany) to CZK 2,200 (for other employees).
Supplementary pension insurance
After the trial period, each employee is entitled to the employer's contribution to supplementary pension insurance.
Every year FTE covers the cost of flu vaccinations for those employees wishing to be vaccinated.
Obstacles to work beyond the Labour Code provisions
FTE provides extra days off not only on the basis of the collective agreement, but also individually based on the specific life circumstances of the employee.
The company provides its employees with one week of leave; our employees usually call it the additional leave week.
Flexible working hours
Technical and economic staff have flexible working hours.
